Conscious Recruiting is excited to begin offering FREE Strategy Sessions to Employers who are interested in working with us. Within this session, we will dive into your needs as an organization and will discover how we can support those efforts in hiring the right people for you.

I know that hiring can be a strain for many leaders. It takes a lot of time to search for the right people and to brainstorm the right things to say to get someone to like your team and to reach out and reach out and reach out to people who don't respond, only to finally get someone interested who doesn't show up to an interview or who declines your offer.

LET ME REMOVE THAT BURDEN! Working with me, will completely change your experience of hiring. In just one or two strategy sessions, I will fully understand your needs and goals and will TAKE CARE OF THE REST in the background. Let me carry the weight of hiring, so you can do what you do best.

Step #1

I will work with you to empower your process for Talent Acquisition Planning and Strategy, while facilitating conversations that help you and your team understand exactly what positions are in need of being filled.

Step #2

With the image of your perfect candidate in mind, I will source top candidates and have the conversations necessary to get them interested in your company. NOTE- I will only send you the best candidates. This step can be the most valuable due to the amount of time I am able to save you and your leaders.

Step #3

After you agree that you would like to interview a candidate, I will facilitate the process of Interview Scheduling and preparation with the candidate. Also, if needed, I can provide interview guidance to your team of interviewers which can be very valuable in making sure they're asking the right questions and presenting in a way that the candidate will want to work with your company.

Step #4

Once the interviews are complete and you want to move forward with hiring the candidate, I will be the intermediary for Offer Negotiation and Signing of the Offer Letter. At this step, I can provide guidance for creating an offer that candidates will be happy to accept. Once the Offer Letter is signed, the candidate will be passed off to your team for onboarding and we will have our final follow-up to discuss any final details or feedback you may have for the process.
